Interface flaws in the new version

I really like the dictionary and have been using it for a long time, but the recent version has two big interface flaws. The text is two small and the space between the rows is unreasonably large. And there is no setting to change that. Whats the use of it? The user just needs to scroll more.

And the second flaw is that the cross deleting the current search in the find menu has been removed. And now to enter every new word the user has to press and hold backspace to delete the previous one. The best option in this case would be highlighting the previous word so that it can be overtyped easily.
